Singapore-based Paediatric Physiotherapist

Gentle, home-based care for infants & toddlers

Designed to empower parents and support your child’s neuro-development through play.

With over a decade of experience supporting infants from NICU to home, Tiny & Mighty is here to equip and empower you with sensory-motor developmental resources to help your little ones grow, move and thrive!

The early days are tender. Overwhelming. Full of unknowns.

If you're googling milestones at midnight, wondering whether that thing your baby is doing or not doing is "normal", you're not alone.

At Tiny and Mighty, I hold space for all of it: the questions, the worry, the fierce love, the hope. You shouldn't have to figure it out on your own.

I believe progress happens when you feel confident and supported to care well for your little one

Through an evidence-based, empathetic and individualised approach, I’m here to come alongside you through the winding roads of development.

I want to empower you to care well for your child. To help you discover and celebrate the little joys of your child’s growth.

That’s why you’re not just hiring a physio. You’re gaining a partner who cares as much as you’re invested in your child’s journey — someone with over 10 years of supporting infants from NICU to home.

Meet Tamlyn, founder of Tiny and Mighty

I believe in the power of play because it can be the most therapeutic tool for your child

As the foundation of brain development, play wires movement, builds connection, shapes curiosity.

I’ve journeyed with so many families in my decade-long career, from private therapy centers to hospital wards to the NICU, living moment-to-moment as you stay by your baby’s incubator to feeling relief when they’re finally home.

I understand what it’s like to exist in the in-between spaces - the ‘AND’ space where joy and grief coexists, where excitement and worry lives.

That’s why I’m here to journey alongside you as we discover all the ways growth can happen for your child, outside the hospital.
